Total Solar Eclipse of 1991
A Total Solar Eclipse was observed with the Solar Telescope on July 11, 1991, a series of sequential images were taken, starting with the first penumbral contact to its totality which lasted almost 7 minutes, up until the last contact, -through the Lyot Filter-. The sequence of the phenomenon was only captured before and after its totality, in order to obtain a sequence to complete the filter’s sequence, a photographic camera was adapted at the mount which took direct images during the totality of the Eclipse.
